“Frame the Process Not Your Pain”
I am a graduate from Delaware State University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I have over ten years of service working with diverse populations from high-risk intensive case management services, wellness center in the academic setting, community advocacy, and foster care. My theoretical approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT treatment model is designed help the individual create emotional wellness as they learn skills to address and manage anxiety, anger, depression, toxic relationships, codependency, impulse behaviors, communication deficits, and self- esteem. Through a therapeutic relationship, clients will have the right tools to help cope with life stressors, triggers, feelings, thoughts and emotions during challenging times in life.
My personal motto is “Frame the process not your pain”. I believe each person is entitled to be happy. Live their best life. Be worthy. Know that you are brave, bold and have the power to make changes. Positive affirmations can be a positive tool to help change your life by reframing the process of your thoughts.
